This metro map is a complex illustration of the 17 sustainable development goals. With different kinds of topics as service stations and the SDG’s connecting them, it shows how the goals can relate to each other, and thus it emphasises their holistic nature.

Students thrilled to discover journeys from Alchemy to Chemistry
Some thirty pupils, aged 9 to 10 years, their school principal, and some chaperoning parents participated in the educational event. The visit to UNESCO, which was their first, was part of the official launch of the International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements (2019).
UNESCO-Japan Prize 2018 calls for outstanding projects in Education for Sustainable Development
UNESCO has launched the fourth edition of the
UNESCO-Japan Prize on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Funded by the Government of Japan, the Prize annually rewards three outstanding ESD projects and programmes with US$ 50,000 each.

National Symposium of the UNESCO Associated Schools Network in Trinidad and Tobago: ASPnet as a catalyst for SDG and Education 2030
Two important events in October 2017:
a National Meeting for its member and schools interested in joining ASPnet, on October 3rd 2017 in Port of Spain; and
a pilot teacher training workshop on "Teaching Respect for All", on October 4th and 5th at the School of Education, University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. More
